Feature Request. Please allow to generate urls from a list.

I want to export a local folder using metalink, but in my case, the urls don t follow a path on an ftp server.
Instead, each file is downloadable over http using an url with a uniq access token (one for each file). Because each file is stored into an Amazon s3 object.

Given a list of those urls with their access tokens for each of those files. How can I generate a metalink?
