Sorry for taking a long time to respond to this. In gfm-mode clicking on a link doesn't seem to work for me, so I'm not sure how it could work in the browser. htmlize normally takes the face information and converts it to HTML, and in this case the fact that it's a link seems to be stored another way, possibly in the "keymap" property, and the target of the link seems to be missing.
Using this MarkDown file: https://github.com/balamaci/rxjava-walkthrough/blob/master/README.md , I notice the links are not clickable.
Maybe this is intentional but It'd be nice to have an option to enable it, specially for MarkDown and Org files.
