Hi

You seem to have forgot to push the 3.0.0 artifact to bintray.

This appears to be the case, Mar 05 2015 was the last publish. https://bintray.com/bintray/jcenter/uk.gov.hmrc%3Aemailaddress_2.11 - I guess we just have to publish our own until this is resolved.
