Generate animated HTML previews for embedding in wallets and apps

We have an increasing need in Leather to display (usually animated) HTML previews of collection content that take advantage of recursive inscriptions.

E.g.

We're disinclined to embed these directly into the wallet due to possible security vulnerabilities related to iframes. Ideally, the API would provide an endpoint that returned an animated image of the corresponding inscriptions (e.g. the first 5-10 seconds post-load), which we could then use to display in the wallet.

• maybe iframes are safe enough for our use-cases and can be integrated elsewhere (will investigate more on CSP for this)
