Feature Request: Join all rooms matching wildcards #253

I am getting ready to launch a second Hubot instance into our environment which will stand as our QA version of Hubot. The caveat to this is that I only want this QA Hubot to join rooms with the names matching *-HubotTest. Is this something that's feasible or would a PR be open to this?
