ExcelやGoogle Spreadsheet で C-; すると、C-= （C-+かも）が入ってるっぽい。
あとCapslockにあててる全角/半角もWSLでvim使ってるときはなんかおかしいときあり。これは別現象かも。

時間できたら直す。
