Feature request: Remember collapsed sections across app launches

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Whenever I launch the app, or open it back up after closing the window (rather than minimizing), all of my folded/collapsed headings are expanded again, forcing me to collapse them again.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to Settings like "Auto-expand collapsed sections", where if it's "Off", collapsed sections are properly remembered, and if it's "On", every section is expanded automatically upon launch.

There may be other / better ways to handle this option, but this keeps things simple.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Since this is caused by the behavior of the app which cannot be changed by the user, no alternatives exist.
