Hello Aleksei,

Hope you are fine. Thanks for sharing the source of your great thesis as well as the codes. It will be very useful for the community.
I'd just like to inform you that, unfortunately the provided codes are not consistent with the new versions of SageMath anymore as SageMath has switched to Python3, whereas your codes have been written in Python2.
By the way, I am not sure whether some included modules such as cryptools are supported by SageMath yet.
