Add option to update antenna height/gain without asserting location

problem: users wanting to update their antenna height and/or gain must go through the assert location option before getting to the height/gain screen. an accidental swipe on the location screen can trigger an unintentional $10 transaction. it is also unclear that the assert location screen is where a user should update their antenna height/gain.

solution: in the kebab menu, add "Update Antenna" below "Assert Location". When pressed, take the user to the antenna height/gain screen. once confirmed, the transaction will assume the location has not changed and the fee will just be the transaction cost.
