Issues signing in and having options recoginized with trust wallet.

After signing-in and purchasing options, each time since there was either an error message screen, or the system though signed in was not acknowledging my previous purchases. I don't believe K need to emphasize how vital the ability to exercise an option at any moment. When I visited discord looking for admin just prior to writing this I saw messages from yesterday discussing this.is this not considered important?
