Deploy a Linux-based HDInsight Kafka cluster with managed disks in a VNET.

This template allows you to create a Linux-based HDInsight Kafka cluster 2.4 (HDI 5.0) with managed disks in a VNET. This is not a recommended HDI version of Kafka 2.4 version.
