Add Medium Class that differentiates Hand Painted or Hand Drawn Objects from Print #1979

Think about artworks and maps that are no reproductions but handmade, handwritten, handdrawn.

I think we cannot use Manuscript here.
In hbz for Cartographical Material the concept "Handzeichnung" is used. Not sure how to proceed here.

The leader position T06 has f - Manuscript cartographic material. As there is d - Manuscript notated music and t - Manuscript language material but there seems no specific for painted or hand drawn images.
