Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use a GoXLR, which provides multiple audio output devices so I can route audio from various applications into these devices and control their volume independently with physical faders.

The audio sensor currently only gathers information relating to the default audio device. I have an automation that keeps my desk lights on as long as my PC is in use, but since my internet browser's audio is routed through a different audio device, I can't use "Peak Volume" to keep my lights on if I'm just watching a YouTube video and doing nothing else.

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to choose an audio device when creating an audio sensor would fix this.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
This would benefit users that use multiple audio sources (GoXLR-like devices, HDMI audio output, virtual audio cables, etc.).

I also understand I could set my browser to the default device, but if the point is to be able to control my browser audio (YouTube, music, etc.) separately from other audio sources, putting my browser on the default device would mean I'd have to manually move every other application to a different device one-by-one, which is quite a clumsy solution.
