Documentation: CIS194 recommendation at the top is not very noticeable #206

The recommendation for beginners to start with the CIS194 course is not very noticeable due to the large headings and colorful links below it.

Thanks. It was supposed to be the most prominent recommendation but given the layout of the page it actually ends up being the least prominent thing!

I think a highlight box would be the best way. I just found out there is already a highlight box on the getting started page; it looks like this:

It would be nice if we could copy that style.
