Very useful tool !
I convert a dll to png, and loads into the program as a resource, how can I convert the image back to pe for LoadLibrary.

I have another variant of this tool that may fit your needs more.
Check this: https://github.com/hasherezade/crypto_utils/blob/master/file2png.py - this one has a decoding function.
