Create color defs

Create unique color definitions for each of the colors in /shared/charts/STYLE/COLORS.js according to the nivo def docs.

The color must be unique and patterns must be unique between all colors of similar brightness. Perhaps a way to do this is to divide colors into "bright" and "dark" colors and apply the pattern set to each of those sets of colors.
