When users don't choose a quick reply response to the bot and just message them something else, e.g. a thumb. It breaks the question.

The bot should re-ask the user if a user doesn't respond using the quick replies.

Solution:

Create new db field, 'CURRENT_QUESTION'
If that field is populated and if they ask something that isnt a quick reply, then ask that question again
