Unnecessary and risky dependencies

The following dependencies have very low global usage and are prone to supply chain attacks:

"@synapseprotocol/sdk"
"get-all-files"
"solidity-code-metrics"

I suggest removing them.

Some other dependencies are well maintained but they seem irrelevant to this project, for example, cors, express, and Uniswap related dependencies. They should all be removed
