feature request: seperate landing page to create an existing event for organisation

Create Event page for organistions (greens, spö, ...) who can put their events on mitmachen.vdb.at
-> helps massively: supports existing local initiatives, gives greens and other organisation a place in the tool, reduces amount of events that will be canceled due to not enough participants, allows us to focus on rural areas (due to reduced amount of mitmach-events with need of material in urban areas)

Form field:
organisation name (Grüne Mistelbach)
meetup date
meetup time
meetup location (google address lookup?)
responsible person: Name
phone responsible name
force checkbox: campaign may contact me
need material (CHECKBOX)
need veranstaltungsanmeldung (CHECKBOX)
if both are no: dont ask for address
otherwise: address field
max number of additional participants
