module command not available on path in vnc terminal for researcher user

Doesn't look like /etc/profile is being sourced for researcher user in the Terminal on the vnc desktop. Therefore, modules aren't available.. (Lots of things don't work.) Solution is to add "source /etc/profile" to .bashrc of researcher user at or near the top...
