Add JSON Schema Test Suite tests to CI

Clearly not all tests should be required to pass for a PR gate, but it would be nice to be able to check for any improvements or regressions at a glance

Right, we should probably have a list with expected failing and succeeding tests.

We could probably hack json_stats.rs or maybe re-write from scratch...
