I just need a video recording app that can record in the background, while my display is turned off. I appreciate the app & it's abilities, but i currently dont want it to detect audio or motion activated, I still want it to record audio & video,but i just want to turn it on & let it run in the background. I dont understand why i cant do this with this app. Perhaps there is an app that is more appropriate for me? -Thanks.

Alibi only records audio. TimeLapseCam is libre and can record video in the background, although it has occasional video corruption issues. Haven just crashes on my phone when attempting to record video.
