No automatic reconnection to TiVo if connection dropped

If the connection to the TiVo drops for any reason, HA needs to be restarted in order to get a connection back to the TiVo.

I didn't think we were leaving the socket open. However, it's possible that we're not catching the errors correctly so essentially there is a crash that only a reload would help.
