[BUG] ip6tables fails on docker-host running ubuntu 24.04 #235

On alpine 3.15 iptables will be "legacy" and ip6 will not work

IU forked the project, and changed to alpine:latest (3.20) and iptables changed to "nf" and stuff worked again.

On the bonus side several security issues was improved on a 3.20 vs 3.15 kernel

dockerhub image needs a bump to 3.20
