Describe the current behavior
I recently purchased 100 computed units (5 Dec 2024, 10.42 GMT +7), but my account still shows 0 Compute Units. I have verified that no subscription is required, yet the credits are not reflecting properly.
Describe the expected behavior
I have already emailed [email protected] and "Help" -> "Send Feedback" in Colab with a screenshot showing 0 Compute Units and a copy of my bank statement to confirm that I’ve paid for the Pay As You Go plan ($9.99 for 100 Compute Units) I would appreciate it if Colab Customer Support could look into this matter and provide a resolution, not sending a generic response

can you file feedback internally and mention this issue, as well as mention cperry - it'll make its way to me. typically when I've seen this in the past it's been an issue with different accounts (or latency in the subscription showing).
