Implementing it in tipg seems very reasonable as the get endpoints follow a nice structure and integrate well with our stack.

For GOAT v2 it was decided though not to implement the Create, Update and Delete using OGC standards. For now the focus was having full CRUD for the our scenario feature. Scenarios are kind of custom changes that require specific validation going beyond the scope of OGC standards. Therefore, implementing full CRUD is not 1st priority at the moment. Meanwhile, in the next releases we should come back to it.
