multiple labels with same name allowed in Hier(archical) block

When generating a Hier Block, all input and output Pads are assigned the same Label:

This can lead to a confusing link between input and output and which input pad is connected to which output pad since
the association is related to the block creation time

Would it be possible to forbid a Hier Block to have multiple similar Labels, same as a GNU Radio Companion flowchart is forbidden to have variables with the same name?
