[Roadmap] WelsonJS on non-Windows OS

Summary

There have been requests to make WelsonJS available not only on Windows desktop and Windows Server family but also on a variety of devices. In response, research has been conducted intermittently.

While this was initially considered impossible due to the need to implement certain compatible layers, a comprehensive review of the research so far suggests that it may not be impossible after all.
