add a sameAs/closeMatch property to skos concepts csv

Many concepts as introduced in Glosis-ld already have a presence on the web in for example, agrovoc, iso11074, usda, ansis. It would be interesting to link these concepts via a SameAs or CloseMatch relation. Suggestion would be to add a column to the CSV which can contain an array of sameAs or closeMatch properties

@pvgenuchten so if someone is willing to start working on this alignment we could adjust the CSV's and the Transformer Tool so that it is easy to update those.
