Collocations

Current settings preclude expressing collocations as sense relations (relations between two words on syntagmatic axis, each within a semantic context expressed by a synset).

It stands to reason to add "collocation" as a sense relation type as per defunct PR #80

Possibly with optional

• type or tag qualifying the collocation (for instance v-dobject, nsubject-v, compound, ...) and
• metrics
