BYU Mamm is fairly new in Arctos - are they publishing yet to the IPT? |
When the MSB:Para records were cataloged, BYU was not yet in Arctos. So the relationship was created to the institutional catalog number, not to the arctos url for BYU:Mamm. I've added the url link to one of the records as follows: |
I don't know what the IPT is, so I am sure that we are not publishing to it. Let me know what I need to do to make linking these records easier. |
@campmlc @byuherpetology I find it very encouraging to see that we have a way to detect existing links that need a little TLC/ attention, only to find that we can resolve the links using recently improved digital integration methods. What would it take to get the BYU collection published via https://vertnet.org or other IPT? Can @dbloom perhaps help facilitate this process? |
We have a process to publish via the IPT - I will forward the links. And
yes, great to see these relationships moving forward!!

As listed in #1 -
appears to link to https://arctos.database.museum/guid/BYU:Mamm:36372 , a chipmunk. Note that the same catalog number is present in other collections.
related ~20 interactions from MSB Para can be found below via GloBI's review resources listed in https://depot.globalbioticinteractions.org/reviews/globalbioticinteractions/msb-para/README.txt .
@campmlc @dustymc - any idea how I can find BYU's Mammal DwC-A . . . it doesn't appear to be listed anywhere, but I am probably not looking at the right place.
