AppRegistration and granular scopes

Hi,

Is it possible to use granular scopes, for example: read:statuses instead of read, when creating an app?
for users you don't want to give full read or write access to an app

It's not possible in current version.

When I first wrote this lib Mastodon didn't have granular scopes, I will probably need to do some changes to use them correctly.

Just to let you know, I have started to work on it, but as it may break some stuff, I will keep it for a next major version.
