Add GitHub Release for v1.200

Hi, it looks like v1.200 was tagged last week, but there's not a formal GitHub Release that bundles the zip assets. I think this is also a requirement for updating the Homebrew formula (which I'd be happy to submit a PR for after this is released).

If 1.200 is ready, can a full GH release be made? Thanks - excited to have the bundled nerd fonts!

Arch Linux packager here, we're also waiting on this to update our package version. Alternatively if a release isn't going to be cut we would like to understand why: should be just ignore the tag and consider v1.101 the latest? or do we need to look into what build tooling is required to build our own assets?
