[ml-day-2]配置环境变量时显示程序不可运行 #37

尝试安装python3.5 的时候打开anaconda prompt 显示
'chip'不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序

输入pip install jupyter notebook后也没有下载页面。
在这之前环境变量已经编辑新增过。

求解答，十分感谢！

输入pip install jupyter notebook后按回车键执行下载任务。
