We should (at least) add tagging of PDFs. Example reading: https://www.uni-bielefeld.de/einrichtungen/zab/digitale-barrierefreiheit/barrierefreie-dokumente/anleitungen/latex/

LNI Word template even demands more:

The latest LaTeX kernel 2023/11/01 supports tagging out of the box for standard LaTeX. Cf. https://www.latex-project.org/news/2023/11/04/issue38-of-latex2e-released/ and https://www.latex-project.org/news/latex2e-news/ltnews38.pdf.

Maybe we could do some testing for our paper example and report back to the team.

For this issue: Investigate how the current latex solution works. Implement it. Create new issue for follow-up "harder" things. (Default: on - offer user to switch off)

Extended effort: Check w/ real documents of users
