Thank you @briochemc ! It would be worthwhile to circle back to see how many of these issues are resolved by this package. On my last check, there were still issues with most of them.

I have registered this package mostly to facilitate project management in Pluto notebooks and to help with automatic documentation deployment in other packages that use this one. I have done considerable work here but my sense is that there is much room for improvement.
