Changing the form fields depending on issue type is not working

When changing issue type in Sentry, the form is not changing depending on the required fields. Thus, we cannot create a JIRA task.

Hey @pclais , are none of the fields changing when you switch issue types? or required fields from one issue type are lingering on an un-related issue type?

also, what version of JIRA are you running?

@pclais, Just FYI, it's still on my list.

List is currently slow moving due to other priorities. If anyone else is looking at the issue, I believe it's some sort of collision with the dynamic form creation + handling existing form data when you switch issue types.
