Update the list of supported select appearances

According to https://github.com/opendatakit/collect/blob/HEAD/collect_app/src/main/java/org/odk/collect/android/widgets/WidgetFactory.java#L222, we support

• compact
• minimal
• list-nolabel
• list
• label
• search / autocomplete
• image-map

Update the docs to reflect that. Might be good to update http://xlsform.org/en/ref-table/ as well.

so those new also should be documented.

👍 To give clients a chance to update, the new select appearances should be documented in Nov 2019 at the earliest. This will avoid a case where some clients haven't updated and so don't support the new appearance names. See XLSForm/xlsform.github.io#125 for more.
