Use i18next and i18nexus to localize project

Describe alternatives you've considered
Locize could be used instead of i18nexus due compatibility with i18next, but i believe i18nexus would be preferable due existing experience with the tool.

@hasore I'm just wondering about the compatibility with the module federation, which is the feature that we use for loading extensions.

Need to investigate more if we won't have any issues implementing it.
