Untracked & ignored folders are showing in bright colors instead of grey

Impact: Makes it harder to distinguish between tracked and untracked items

The bug seems to be that Cursor IDE's latest version is:

• Showing ignored/untracked folders in bright colors
• Making it difficult to visually distinguish between tracked and untracked items
• Different from standard VS Code behavior where ignored items are typically greyed out
