Idea: use rounds config to refine the range of timepoints for which data are shown

We could omit a huge chunk of raw image data -- all of the timepoints which aren't regional ones. This would forfeit the equality between the numbering in the config and the numbering on the slider bar, but it would retain 1:1 correspondence. This would accelerate the scrolling and make for better user experience.
