Esthetic issue with the blue boxes

Since the update 1.4.31-abims-2, there are some issue of style with the new blue boxes.

There are larger than the previous text and melt with the column next to them.

I've fixed a max-width to the project name field in order to not fusion with it's neighbour + added a tooltip to display the full project name when mouse is over the button project name

@lecorguille Maybe you can create another issue where I will make the entire app take full browser window
