Captures are not listed for a given course #45

Steps to reproduce 1

  1. Go to the Metrics Page
  2. Select course = KMD100 and lab = TCNJ Demo

Expected result 1

The third dropdown populates with "<SESSION_ID>_TIMESTAMP" options

Actual result 1

The third dropdown is empty

Steps to reproduce 2

  1. Go to KMD100
  2. Click the Captures tab

Expected result 2

The captures tab should have a non-zero number and a non-empty table.

Actual result 2

The captures tab shows 0 in the tab and has an empty table.
