Hello Gordon

thanks for developing this useful question type!
We've encountered a weird problem on one of our quiz exam.
After the exam the teacher realized a mistake and edited the question and after that the question is not shown correctly anymore.
The question has 30 options for the ordering but now it shows only 5 of them after the change (inside the attempt window).

Is there anyway to bring the options back again for the students?

we are using: Moodle 3.8.3 (Build: 20200704)
Plugin version : 2019121400

Found the problem but no solution..
Issue comes from md5 hashing and it uses the answer to generate hash..

When someone has already submitted question and meanwhile teacher changes the answer.. then new hash are generated and because of that, the later review does not show old submitted answers.. because question_step_data response still holds the old hashed values.

Maybe the md5 should be generated from ID-s instead of text answers.. because answer might be changed when made a typo or mistake. IDs cannot be changed later.

Ouch, this problem could be really tricky to fix.
Anyway, I've added it to my todo list.
