UP 主卡片功能对动态首页的水平列表和垂直动态都有一定的交互干扰，经常弹出来让我点不了想点的东西，如下：

水平列表	垂直动态

我认为能做以下改善：

触发时长功能: 能不能增加一个设置up主卡片触发时长功能 #259
加快弹窗消失的延迟
调整弹窗的弹出方向如下
