I tried the updated (22.05) tutorial and my Galaxy is still not running. I get several permission errors, e.g. when I try to launch galaxy with the sh run.sh it can't access to /tool-data/shared/ and create files.
If I try to start it using systemd or galaxyctl there are permission errors as well.
The logfiles I find in /var/gravity/and subdirectories are all empty.

Maybe add https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/ansible-galaxy-subdomains to let users customize their masthead colour? @Slugger70 what do you feel. I think it's honestly a good "starting point" for customising your own galaxy's theme without the massive headache of rebuilding the client/forking galaxy's codebase to add a couple css variables.

Has anyone tried to use https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/pull/12328/files for a few parts? Should we use it, or extend it?

I think the primary customisations people want to make to Galaxy are:

• custom brand
• custom welcome page
• custom masthead color

in approximately that order, and that's probably 95% of all use cases. Has EU swapped to using that e.g. for the brand text?
