Runtime inputs.
Post job actions.
Embedded tools.
defaults and optional values?

Lint:

Lint actual markdown content.
defaults only on optional inputs
defaults match specified type
Annotations on inputs.
Labels on all steps (?)
- need editor support (auto label new steps?)
