JSON data for initialization of BRC-Analytics site

The purpose of this dataset is to initialize the BRC-Analytics site and provide a list of accessions for creation of UCSC Browsers for genomes served via BRC-Analytics site.

Requirements

BRC-Analytics (or any other site using underlying Filament framework) allows users to:

• access reference genome data for a set of species;
• examine annotations for a given genome in a UCSC Browser instance;
• run a set of predetermined IWC workflows on that reference;
• display additional data that cannot be served by NCBI or UCSC
