combine MinOverlapPlacement with UnderMouse style?

Hi folks, using a rather large screen I would like to configure some kind of "CloseToMouse" style, Like MinOverlapPlacement, but the Windows should pop up as close to the mouse pointer as possible, without overlapping other windows.

Unfortunately MinOverlapPlacement and PositionPlacement UnderMouse appear to be mutually exclusive, so

Style	*	!UsePPosition
Style	*	UseTransientPPosition
Style	*	PositionPlacement UnderMouse
Style	*	MinOverlapPlacement
Style	*	MinOverlapPlacementPenalties 1 5 1 1 0 50

didn't work as expected, even for an empty screen.

Is there a scripting solution for this?
