Use Cases

Personally, I'd have this set all the time. It's pretty rare that I'd want to rewatch something I've already seen - except maybe if it's been a while, so I guess there could be the option to include videos watched >60 days ago, or maybe something configurable.

Unless it's a bug that I'm seeing five out of six of my top recommendations as already watched?

Proposal

Add a setting in the menu to hide watched videos, and this would probably be checked whenever the home suggestions are refreshed. The subscriptions feed already has a toggle for watched videos, though I don't think this would be ideal for the home feed.
